Prost Brewing Co. is preparing to open its fifth Colorado biergarten as part of The Lookout at Clear Creek Crossing, a new dining and entertainment destination in Wheat Ridge.
The brewery will occupy approximately 6,800 square feet at 4001 Clear Creek Drive. It is due to open in August according to Prost Brewing Co.
Known for its German-inspired beers and welcoming biergarten atmosphere, Prost Brewing has built a reputation for bringing people together over traditional lagers, seasonal brews and classic German fare.
The new location will feature an enclosed patio, private event space and a one-barrel research and development brewhouse. Guests can also expect 40 taps serving beer, cocktails, wine, cider and nonalcoholic beverages.
