Denver diners may soon have yet another place where they can enjoy genuine Mexican cuisine at the new Taqueria Los Gallitos restaurant set to open at 7840 E. Colfax Avenue.
According to a city filing, this new restaurant will be located at the East Colfax site. Construction schedule and opening dates have not yet been revealed.
Nothing brings people together like tacos whether it’s a mid-day office lunch or a family dinner. The Taqueria Los Gallitos takes inspiration from this very tradition by offering a wide range of traditional Mexican dishes made with fresh ingredients.
The Taqueria Los Gallitos will offer tacos packed with asada, al pastor and birria in addition to burritos, tortas, quesadillas and aguas frescas among other items.
