A high-end dining experience blending wood-fired steaks and sushi is making its way to Denver. B10 Chophouse, a concept from Oklahoma City-based Provision Concepts, will open at 2345 E 3rd Ave in Cherry Creek in late 2025, according to Naked Denver.

It will be located on the ground floor of a new four-story office development at University Boulevard and East 3rd Avenue that was designed by Denver’s Open Studio Architecture. Work was completed last year, and tenants like Walker & Dunlop and Platte River Equity have already moved in.

B10 Chophouse first opened in OKC’s Auto Alley district in 2014. The establishment is known for its lively yet refined atmosphere, hand-cut prime steaks, fresh seafood, a full sushi program, and delectable sides. Last year, the company announced that another location in Fort Worth is also in development.

Provision Concepts operates 16 locations of its brands, which also include Hatch, Sidecar, Birra Birra, Bibi’s, Chicken Foot, Culprits, and Riserva. The hospitality group has ten additional restaurants in the pipeline right now, its website claims.
