ACE Padel is preparing to expand into Denver with a new club planned in the former Great Divide Brewing Co. taproom in the River North Art District.

Denver club will be located at 1812 35th Street and is expected to open fall 2026 according to the Denver Business Journal. The property previously housed one of Great Divide Brewing Co.’s taprooms, which closed after it was acquired by Wilding Brands last year.

The club will feature five indoor courts with 30 foot ceilings, three outdoor courts adjacent to the Art Park along the Platte River, a bar and café. It will also include full locker rooms with sauna and cold plunge, and parking for 70 plus cars.

The founders of ACE Padel, father-and-son duo Elliot and Peter Carnello, bring experience from design and development of more than 60 private padel courts across the US, Mexico, Canada and the Bahamas.

Padel, a racquet sport that combines elements of tennis and squash, has seen a rapid growth in the US in recent years. The sport is traditionally played in doubles on an enclosed court and has gained popularity for its accessibility and social nature.
