Founded by Jaimie Baptista, a “born and raised New Englander who believes in iced coffee all year round,” Deja Brew Coffee has been serving up coffee beverages for about a year and a half. After making a name for itself in the area, the mobile cafe is preparing to launch a permanent food truck location in St. Augustine.

Located at 6205 FL-16, the new Deja Brew Coffee will feature a walk-up window, a seating area, a play area for kids, and even a drive-thru—that’s right, it will be a mobile cafe featuring a drive-thru.

“Coffee is convenient,” Baptista told What Now on Friday. “So we thought, why not?”

The new location will serve up the same proven menu featuring hot and iced espresso drinks, cold brew, pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and the “Twisted Chiller,” a frozen drink that comes in flavors like Vanilla Bean, Mocha, Cookies n Cream, and more.

“After settling down in the beautiful sunshine state, it was time to realize my dream and thus, Deja Brew Coffee was born,” says a statement by Baptista on the Deja Brew website. “This dream is truly a family affair and would not be possible without my husband and kids, which makes it even more special. I can not wait to serve our community every single day and to pour my heart into every cup.”
