Kings Brewing Company, a family-owned craft brewery located in Rancho Cucamonga, is getting ready to relocate to a new space in Upland, located at 296 N 2nd Ave.

Brothers Demetrius and Jeremiah Cooper began the brewery with a bold move—selling their family home to fund the venture. Since then, Kings Brewing has become a staple in the craft beer scene, known for its innovative brews and community-focused atmosphere. Unfortunately, the brewery at 8560 Vineyard Avenue, Site 301, has closed, but there is a silver lining. It appears the company is relocating to Upland, according to a recent liquor license application. The Cooper brothers will reopen Kings Brewing Company in the former home of Charlie’s Bar & Grill later this year.

Kings Brewing Company was founded in 2015 after the brothers sold their family home to finance the startup, according to the Daily Bulletin. The decision allowed them to invest fully in brewing equipment, a taproom, and initial operations. This move marked the beginning of their journey into the craft beer industry. Since then, the company has grown into a well-known brewery in Rancho Cucamonga.

The brewery offers a wide variety of craft beers, including hazy, hop-forward juicy IPAs, dessert-inspired pastry stouts, and frozen beer slushies known as Frosé. They also produce traditional lagers, such as Dunkel, Märzen, and Pilsner, as well as rotating radlers and hard seltzers. Many of their specialty beers feature unique flavor combinations such as peanut butter or marshmallow. Beer is available on-site and through online shipping in select states.

In addition to serving delicious beer, Kings Brewing regularly hosts local events, including food truck nights, live music, and vinyl nights. Popular happenings include the Fluffernutter Frosé Drops and themed beer releases. The brewery collaborates with vendors like The Burger Game and Pizza N Chill for events. These gatherings create a vibrant, community-centered atmosphere at the taproom. When the new location in Upland opens later this year, customers can expect these same beer options and community events.
