Early 2023 will see the return of World of Beer Bar & Kitchen to Palm Beach County with its fourth South Florida location, opening at 11121 Southern Blvd in Royal Palm Beach on January 31.

“We’re excited to expand the new WOB Bar & Kitchen,” CEO Paul Avery told What Now in an email message this month. “In addition to our ‘Worldly / Best in Class’ draft and bottle beer offerings, we’re proud to offer our high quality and innovative culinary and spirit programs.”

The location will feature, at every level, what Avery calls an “experiential element”: sports broadcasting, UFC events, Trivia Nights, and Theme Brunch Weekends, to name a few. There’s a golf element as well.

“Our Royal Palm Beach location will be offering two Swing Suites to the Golf Afficionado,” Avery said. “As a subsidiary of Top Golf, we’ve designed these exciting virtual experiences into this location, which can be reserved for groups or individuals on an hourly basis.”

The Royal Palm Beach World of Beer Bar & Kitchen offers a food menu that opens with Shareables like the German Pretzel (“as big as your head”), Mac & Cheese Bites, and Loaded Taters. Similarly shareable are flatbreads like the Black & Blue Flatbread with blackened steak, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and mozzarella and blue cheeses. The menu also features an indulgent variety of burgers, including the Mac Bite Burger (topped with a fried pepper jack mac and cheese patty) and the Brunch Burger (Fresh Angus beef patty topped with aged cheddar cheese, crisp applewood smoked bacon, arugula, sliced tomato & IPA sauce under a sunny side up egg on a toasted brioche bun).
