Lupo Notte is preparing to open at 2035 Richard Jones Road in Vertis Green Hills, according to a recent Nashville Business Journal report. The publication reports that a building sign permit filed with Metro indicates the concept is headed to a space formerly occupied by Brixx Wood Fired Pizza + Craft Bar.
When contacted by WhatNow Nashville, a representative for Lupo Notte said additional details about the restaurant will be shared with the publication shortly. With a late summer 2026 opening planned, more information about the menu, atmosphere, and overall guest experience should become available in the coming weeks.
According to its website, Lupo Notte will offer elevated Italian dining, delicious pizza, and handcrafted cocktails. While a full menu has not yet been announced, the concept appears poised to combine traditional Italian fare with a cocktail-focused atmosphere geared toward both dinner service and late-night gatherings.
Nashville Business Journal also reports that a trademark for Lupo Notte was filed in May 2025 by local development firm Southern Land Company. Once open, the restaurant will join neighboring dining destinations including Santo and Char, further expanding the collection of food and beverage offerings available in Vertis Green Hills.
As more information becomes available, WhatNow Nashville will continue to follow the project and provide updates.
