Corizon Health of New Mexico, LLC has officially filed for bankruptcy proceedings. The company is a correctional healthcare provider operating in Brentwood, Tennessee, under the YesCare brand.

The company has taken this step after almost 40 years of assisting patients through its medical, dental, and behavioral health services.

David Goldwasser is the chief restructuring officer in the case. Case filings add that attorney Michael Dal Lago of Dal Lago Law is the legal counsel for Corizon Health of New Mexico, LLC.
