After making its debut in Arizona in December 2022, sneakybird is already ready to open two more locations in the greater Phoenix area.
Previously, What Now Phoenix reported on franchise group J2E Investments, LLC, signing a six-unit deal to open the concept in the Valley and have since opened locations in North Scottsdale, Gilbert, and Surprise. Now, the franchisees are back with two more sneakybird locations in development. A representative from the company tells What Now Phoenix that the company’s fourth location is set to move into the former home of Starbucks in Arcadia at 4340 E Indian School Road, Suite 2, sharing a building with Rubio’s Coastal Grill, Subway, and Precious Metals Refinery. The other location is coming to the Fry’s Marketplace plaza on the southwest corner of Queen Creek and Signal Butte in Queen Creek at 22355 E Queen Creek Road, Suite 105.
This is a massive accomplishment for the franchise owners and the company, considering former Native Grill & Wings CEO Daniel Chaon and his son, Nathan Chaon, debuted in north Scottsdale in December 2022. Opening dates for both these new locations have yet to be determined, but they’re expected to open before the end of the year. When sneakybird opens these sites, customers can expect an oven-grilled chicken concept that offers bold flavors in their chicken sandwiches, tenders, and wings served alongside a variety of craft sauces and dry rubs.
“Our menu is simple yet full of vibrant flavors that you can customize with over 15 handcrafted sauces and dry rubs,” according to the company’s website. “Endless combinations ensure customizable bold flavors on each chicken sandwich, chicken tenders or wings ordered. Compliment these sneakybird signature items with our delicious flatbreads, seasoned tater, and sweet potato tots or our fresh lemon pesto salad with a choice of homestyle or naked oven grilled chicken.”
