Seabørn Cocktails, a San Diego craft cocktail brand specializing in ready-to-enjoy agave margaritas, is getting ready to open in San Diego at 12841 El Camino Real, Ste 302.

The new location is listed as coming soon on the Del Mar Highlands Town Center website, with business hours still to be announced. Seabørn, which will replace Boochcraft, describes its cocktails as premium, agave wine-based margaritas ready to drink. Customers can expect a light and refreshing cocktail with an authentic south of the border flavor.

Seabørn was crafted in San Diego with a focus on what the company calls craft Agave cocktails that are “Born on the Pacific Coast. Session Ready.” The Margarita is made with Agave Wine designed to provide a smooth cocktail experience similar to Blanco-style tequila. The company says it does not use malt or other mystery alcohol bases.

The cocktails are naturally sweetened with cane sugar and monk fruit and are made without high fructose corn syrup or synthetic chemical sweeteners. Seabørn also says its drinks contain no artificial colors, preservatives, or artificial flavors. The cocktails are gluten free, non GMO, vegan, and made with a 7% ABV.

The Seabørn location will be part of Del Mar Highlands Town Center, which includes SkyDeck, a dining and social space featuring restaurants, craft cocktails, and craft beer. The center’s directory lists Seabørn Cocktails as Location #98. Business hours for the new location are currently listed as coming soon.

Seabørn’s Margarita is designed as a ready-to-drink option for occasions including post-surf gatherings, road trips, and other casual activities. The company says it developed the recipe to avoid a syrupy flavor while keeping the cocktail balanced. Its Agave Wine base is intended to reflect the Mexican heritage of the Margarita while offering a convenient canned format.
