7 Super Mart plans to open a grocery store at 1177 Lee Blvd. in Richland. The business has applied for a license to sell beer and wine.

The Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board listed the store in a notice dated August 20, 2026, under the Grocery Store – Beer/Wine category.

The document identifies the request as a new application and names Satwinder Singh, Gurunam Singh Kochhar, Harpreet Kaur, and Malina Monde among the applicants.

Owner Satwinder Singh confirmed to What Now that the store has not yet opened. An opening date was not available at the time of publication.

The Lee Boulevard address previously housed Arlene’s Flowers and Gifts, which closed in March 2025.
