Swig

Dirty-soda brand Swig is opening its newest location in Lawrenceville’s Birch House. The location will be corporate-owned and is slowly expanding its footprint in Atlanta. The company has yet to share details regarding the opening timeline.

Pollo Primo

California-style pollos asado is arriving in Atlanta with the opening of Pollo Primo. Owned by Omar Ferrer, the restaurant is soon to take over a 3,060-square-foot spot at Ponce de Leon Avenue. The opening timeline is yet to be confirmed by the restaurant.

Blue Willow

Blue Willow is ready to bring its Hunan cuisine from Midtown Manhattan to Atlanta. Taking over a 3,600-square-foot space in Inman Quarter, the new opening will mark the brand’s debut in the Southeast. The restaurant will join spots like Beetlecat, Little Spirit, MF Sushi, and VinoTeca with this opening.

Saints + Council

Saints + Council is preparing for another expansion, this time opening in Dunwoody. The restaurant will open in a 7,800-square-foot space at Perimeter Mall, along Ashford Dunwoody Road. Founder William Pitts is targeting a March 2027 opening for the location.

Amasa Mexican Kitchen
TQM Hospitality is bringing Amasa Mexican Kitchen to Alpharetta this summer. Located at City Center, it will offer a seafood-focused, gluten-free menu. The restaurant intends to act as a sister restaurant to Chichería Mexican Kitchen.

Last Dance
Atlanta is soon to welcome an exciting new concept built with multiple creative minds brought together by Chef Kathryn Fitzgerald. Last Dance is a farm-to-table concept that she hopes to open in May 2026. The restaurant is put together with three other chefs: Chef Joshua Fryer, Chef Patrick Daugherty, and pastry chef Chris Marconi.
