The national juice chain is looking at Midwest growth this year.
Real estate firm Gerdom Realty recently represented a franchiser for Pure Green, coming to The Boardwalk Shopping Center at 700 Orchard Lake Road in West Bloomfield. The newest location is being debuted by local George Taylor. As the space was just recently secured, an opening date hasn’t been announced.
The company currently has over 100 juice bars across the country. Michigan locations include Partridge Creek, Birmingham, Rochester and Novi. These were opened by health and wellness entrepreneurs Jack Fallon and Joe Licari from Total Life Changes. What Now Detroit has reached out to the new franchisee on the new expansion and is awaiting comment.
Staple cold-pressed juices on the menu include watermelon, pineapple and lemon ginger, and golden girl with carrot and pineapple. While locations are known for their quality juices, those stopping in can also get their toast flavors like avocado smash, almond butter and banana nut. Oatmeal bowls include honey magic, protein powder and berry wake up with blueberries and coconut sheds.
Pure Green will join the plaza with Dairy Queen, New York Bagel, Nothing Bundt Cakes and Stage Deli Restaurant. The area is very built up as just south towards W 14 Mile are a Whole Foods and many restaurant chains. This is also close to the W Maple Road intersection.
