The healthy chain is continuing to expand in The Loop.
Just Salad recently signed a lease for new space at 123 N Wacker Drive, per a report from Chicago Business Journal. This will be at the ground floor of the office building at the intersection of W Randolph. As the deal was recently made, an opening date has not yet been announced.
The chain already has a large presence in Chicago, with locations in the Illinois Medical District, Lakeview East, The Loop, Merchandise Mart and Riverside Plaza, just to name a few. The company also operates in Northbrook and Wilmette. Just Salad also has restaurants in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Washington D.C.
The many salad options have protein like chicken and tofu, mixed with greens like romaine, pickled red cabbage and roasted corn. Market plates are also popular items, with flavors like gochujang chicken, Peruvian chicken and chicken fajita. The full menu can be found on their website.
The next Just Salad will open at the edge of The Loop, on the east side of the Randolph Street bridge. Other concepts in this area include Bar Mar, Beatrix and Market Creations buffet restaurant. Construction should be starting soon.
The fast casual chain location is joining the other Just Salads in The Loop sometime this year. What Now Chicago is awaiting comment from representatives from the company and is awaiting comment.
