An all-American option is coming to the northern suburb soon.
The chain Bubba’s 33 has a new location under construction at 725 Brown Road in Lake Orion, from recent photos on social media. The team will again be serving their popular bacon-grind burgers, pizza and wings. As the project is under construction, there is no firm opening date right now.
Bubba’s was founded in 2013, as an offshoot of Texas Roadhouse. The company has around 60 restaurants around the country, with multiple in Michigan. Locations around Detroit include Macomb and Taylor.
Along with the popular burgers, other handhelds are served including a fried chicken sandwich and chicken bacon avocado sandwich. For “Bubba’s Dinners,” the grilled ribeye and fish and chips are a couple options. Beer, wine, cocktails and other soft drinks will also be available at the Lake Orion spot.
The restaurant looks to be opening on the north side of Brown Road, in the same area as The Coney Express. Coincidentally, this is close to a Texas Roadhouse going west on the road. Other chains nearby include Culver’s, Panda Express and Olive Garden.
What Now Detroit has reached out to the Bubba’s 33/Texas Roadhouse team for more information and is awaiting comment.
