Coffee and golf enthusiasts of Howell will soon have a new meeting place.
From their Facebook page, Grounds and Greens is an upcoming coffee shop and golf simulator for 120 W Highland Road, Suite 100. This will be the first of its kind in the city, serving the north side of the city this summer. The owners have not announced an opening date as the project is under construction, but are hoping for a June debut.
“A golf simulator business with so much more,” says one of their recent posts.
The golf simulator area is to be open to all ages, serving ice cream along with coffees and teas. The cafe and simulator areas will be separate, but those wanting to watch their friend or family member swing can grab a coffee or ice cream first. Menu items have not yet been released.
The coffee shop and golf simulator is under construction next to the Kroger at Crossroads Town Center. A Jet’s Pizza is also at this plaza, along with China Best and George’s Restaurant. This is only a few minutes north of downtown Howell, off of W Highland Road.
When contacted, owners Justin and Kandra Czarnowski were not available for comment. More information on the concept can be found on the Grounds and Greens social media pages.
