Vocelli Pizza is expanding into Texas with its first opening landing in Katy in early 2026. A recent lease comp report details that Vocelli Pizza is set to open at 23027 Morton Ranch Rd-A.

Varol Ablak runs the growing pizza chain with CEO Toni BiancoWhat Now Houston briefly spoke with Ablak, who confirmed that the new pizzeria is indeed coming to the Greater Houston area community but did not divulge any further details. What Now Houston also reached out to Bianco, but did not hear back by the time of this publication.

Ablak started Vocelli Pizza as a Pizza Outlet in 1988 in Mt. Lebanon, Pennsylvania. With a focus on fresh ingredients and authentic Italian flavors, the brand quickly grew. There are now more than a hundred Vocelli Pizza locations. Vocelli Pizza recently announced an expansion into Texas.

“Texas has been a key area of focus for our growth, and we are thrilled to have Gary’s expertise spearheading the expansion into Texas,” Bianco said in a post on the company’s website.

On the heels of the expansion, Vocelli has announced the relaunch of its highly successful Ultimate Pepperoni Pizza and Cheesesticks. The Ultimate Pepperoni is topped with Vocelli’s private-label red sauce, 100% real mozzarella cheese, and loaded edge-to-edge with cupped crispy pepperoni and sliced pepperoni.

“Vocelli Pizza isn’t your typical neighborhood pizza place. We bring those authentic, handcrafted Italian-inspired flavors to everything we do,” the website reads.

Try it out for yourself when the new pizzeria, Vocelli Pizza, opens at 23027 Morton Ranch Rd-A in Katy in early 2026.
