Kapow Noodle Bar is bringing its modern Asian cuisine to Fort Lauderdale.

The restaurant is planning a new location at 250 SE Sixth Avenue and, according to Instagram account, the Broward Scene, the restaurant should open fall 2026.

Kapow is owned by Kapow Hospitality Group, and was founded in Boca Raton in 2011. Kapow quickly became a local favorite with its inventive take on Asian street food, sushi and craft cocktails. Today, the restaurant operates locations in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, with the Fort Lauderdale outpost marking its first location in Broward County.

The menu blends Japanese, Thai, Korean and Chinese influences to create a comprehensive tour through Asian flavors under one roof. In addition to its signature ramen and sushi, the restaurant is known for dishes such as Korean fried chicken, pork belly bao buns, spicy tuna crispy rice, and wok-fired noodle bowls.The restaurant also hosts events and parties.

A robust cocktail program, sake selection, and regular happy hour specials have made the concept a popular destination for everything from casual drinks to large scale celebrations.
