CAVA Opens New Schaumburg Location

The new CAVA restaurant opened at 1320 E. Golf Road in Schaumburg, IL. The restaurant serves daily from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m.
CAVA is known for its Mediterranean bowls, pitas, dips, and dressings. The restaurant chain continues to grow throughout the Chicago area. It promotes creative, healthy, and delicious food concepts with a more personalized dining experience.
The fast-casual chain has expanded across the U.S. with locations offering customizable Mediterranean-inspired meals.
“Our mission is to bring heart, health, and humanity to food, and everything we do at CAVA is grounded in that spirit of generosity, to our guests, our team members, and our community,” said Gino Carlin, Regional Director. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to be in Schaumburg and continue growing our presence in the Chicago area.”
The Schaumburg restaurant is expected to employ 25 to 40 local team members. CAVA said it focuses on hiring for hospitality and creating long-term career opportunities. The company also provides employee benefits, including paid time off, healthcare options, early wage access, and mental health support.
Community Initiatives by CAVA

Before each opening, CAVA hosts a Community Day initiative. The program provides guests with a complimentary meal while supporting local nonprofit organizations. The company accepts donations during the event and matches contributions up to $1,000.
According to CAVA, the Community Day program has generated more than $1 million in monetary and food contributions since 2019. These donations have gone to organizations combating food insecurity across the nation.
For its Schaumburg opening, the company partnered with Food Rescue US – Chicagoland. Community Day donations supported the organization’s work to fight food waste. They also helped improve food access throughout the region.
The Schaumburg opening adds another CAVA location to the company’s growing Chicago-area presence.
