After some hard work, two cocktail lovers are getting ready to introduce their new concept.

The team behind Aged & Infused, a business selling at-home cocktail kits, is debuting a new cocktail spot of their own called Home Bar at 2010 W Fulton Street. It is set to take over the former Rhine Hall Distillery space. Owners John Feller and Jessica Crawford have not yet announced an opening date, but the two are hoping for sometime in mid-July.

“We’ve spent years helping you make better cocktails at home. Now we finally get to make one for you,” says the description on their website.

Feller and Crawford have been seeking a wine bar location for over a year. From a recent update a few days ago, the two said they officially received their public notice from the city so the public is made aware the concept is coming soon. From pictures, the inside space looks to be mostly finished.

Drinks will include martinis and other cocktails mixed with some of their flavors sold on the Aged and Infusion website. These could include mango hibiscus, cranberry citrus or pineapple chipotle cocktail bitters.

The wine bar is opening at the building that houses Kismet Coffee Roasters. Metric coffee shop is also close-by in the warehouse district. This is just a short walk north of the Damen CTA Green Line station.

As the team awaits licensing approval, they will provide more updates on their Instagram @ageandinfused.
