Paris Bistro served downtown Naperville for 13 years before permanently closing on June 7. The French restaurant announced the closure on social media. The team thanked guests for their years of support and reflected on the memories created inside the restaurant.

Wahlburgers
Celebrity-backed burger chain Wahlburgers closed its St. Charles restaurant on June 29. The closure marked the end of the brand’s presence in Illinois.
The fast-casual brand was founded by brothers Mark, Donnie, and Chef Paul Wahlberg. The chain was known for its burgers, sandwiches, loaded fries, and shakes. The Illinois chapter has ended, but Wahlburgers continues to operate at its other locations.

My Pi Pizza
My Pi Pizza announced its permanent closure in May. After serving customers for more than five decades, the pizzeria closed its final Bucktown location in June. The restaurant announced the closure on Instagram. The team expressed appreciation to loyal guests who supported the restaurant throughout its time in the neighborhood.
The pizzeria was known for its deep-dish, stuffed, and thin-crust pizzas, along with its homemade recipes. Although its Bucktown location has closed, My Pi Pizza remained a fixture in Chicago’s pizza scene for decades.
